Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Enterprise Forum Organizing Committee of Bulgaria and the Center for Entrepreneurial and Executive Development (CEED) present the 6th Global Broadcast in Sofia:
Entrepreneurship: Success, Failure, Greatness

Great ideas are always recognized and funded by investors. However, no matter how great these ideas are, not all start-ups succeed or become profitable. This is especially true for technological start-ups.
Join the MIT Enterprise Forum for a discussion on what makes for a great entrepreneur. What is needed for a start-up to succeed and what are the factors and circumstances that might cause its failure? The MIT Enterprise Forum, in partnership with Technology Review, will present an insight into entrepreneurship from a leading thinker and respected investor. The broadcast will also spotlight the next wave of great entrepreneurs with a focus on top innovators under the age of 35. The featured event will be a viewing of a discussion held in Cambridge, MA, USA between: This US panel presentation will be followed by a Sofia panel discussion and Q&A session with the audience. Sofia panel will include:
- Ellen Greenberg, PhD from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, Co-founder of Diagnostic and Consultative Medical Center Greenberg;
- Konstantin Stoychev, Managing Partner, Maconis Bulgaria;
- Nikolay Yarmov (moderator), Executive Director, Center for Entrepreneurship & Executive Development – Bulgaria.

Participation fee: cash at the door - 35 lv., payment in advance via bank wire transfer - 30 lv. payable to CEED. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. The fee covers the expenses to organize the broadcast and the networking mixer. CEED and MITEF are both non-profit organizations.
